This position is ideal for someone with HVAC, automotive, diesel, or maintenance experience.   This position is best suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and wants to increase their income through performance-based work. 

Northeast Appliance Repair is expanding and hiring a Field Service Technician to help broaden our service territory in North Louisiana.

No appliance repair experience required.
 We provide paid training.

However, the ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting mechanical or electrical systems.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances
 • Use wiring diagrams and service manuals to troubleshoot problems
 • Test components using basic diagnostic tools
 • Provide professional in-home service

 Our technicians run a steady schedule of service calls daily, providing strong and consistent earning potential. 

Training will take place in West Monroe for 60–90 days.
After training, technicians may operate in a service territory near their home city.

Pay Structure

• Training pay based on experience
 • Typical training pay ranges from $17–$19 per hour
• Training period typically 60–90 days
• After training, technicians move to performance-based commission

Most technicians average the equivalent of $25+ per hour once fully trained, with higher earnings possible depending on performance.

• Company vehicle provided after training
 • Steady year-round work

Top technicians earn significantly more than hourly positions.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
